Elements of the Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Bureau CIIB of the Cebu City Police Office swooped down on four houses of suspected drugdealers in an early dawn raid at Sitio Kalinaw Barangay Lorega. Police arrested 64 year old Placido Flores. A 38 caliber homemade revolver, dried leaves of marijuana and white crystalline substances believed to be shabu were found inside his residence... Three other subjects of the search warrant, Wilson Magdasal, Mario Rodil Sr. and Ester Libato were not at home during the police operation. |
